Impossible to get a settlement quote
It is literally impossible to get a settlement quote from Sanlam Personal Loans. Been calling ***for the last half an hour. Put on hold for 10 mins and the call cut off. Finally got through to a human who then put me through to "customer care" where I am again on hold indefinitely until the call cuts off. It's a simple settlement quote, nothing complicated. Obviously it benefits them to keep giving people debt and never let them pay it off......

19 Aug 2020, 09:09The consultant contacted me and said she would send a settlement quote. 2 days later I still have no settlement quote. In a country where people are riddled with debt you make it impossible for someone to pay off a simple loan.
