Impeccable Service by Sanlam

Over the years, I have experienced tremendous difficulties, stress and nightmares with previous insurers. I have found Sanlam to be ahead of the game and extremely efficient and professional with regards to the impecccable service rendered. This has not been once-off, but rather, continuous and ongoing which (as a client) I find deeply reassuring... The impeccable service and constant communication that is rendered by everybody - from my Sanlam advisor (Jeffery Henry) to the call centre agents - needs to be commended and applauded as it is a level of service that one rarely encounters these days. I find the e-signing aspect truly convenient and time-efficient, as it completely avoids the need for having to print out forms, sign them, scan them and then re-send them through - which is the still norm with the other competitors.

Overall, I have found my experience with Sanlam to be a wonderful and positive experience. Keep up the excellent service.
