Ignoring my request

My father took a policy for my uncle, he passed on late last year, I was selected as a beneficiary to take over the policy, I had put in a claim, all documents have been submitted, I have been sending emails to get confirmation if claim has been processed for waiver, we do not want to be surprised God forbid should my uncle pass, all I am asking for is confirmation if claim is processed and policy is now under my name.
