IGNORED
I request an urgent payment and was hoping for a positive response to be executed in three days but still waiting. I now demand that my contract to be cancelled with immediate effect. I cannot have a financial challenge and when I request a withdrawal, it is then ignored without any explanation or reason been provided. Due to this I might have to cancel all other policies with Sanlam.

09 Jan 2026, 09:43I have asked for my contract to be terminated and at first I refused to complete the form forwarded to me. I then spoke to a very efficient Chandler Sebastian and made me realized that I need to complete the forms. I submitted the forms on the 06 January 2026 and to my disappointment again I got a response that the estimated completion date of my request is the 2nd February 2026. Why Sanlam need a month to complete a request while other institutions take 48 Hours to finalize a matter?
