I was debited by ass...
I was debited by assupol on the wrong date and was charged by the bank for that, now Assupol refusing to refund me, this might also affect my credit record negatively

We refer you to our direct responses on Complaint no 30015 which was sent to your e-mail to explain that we can refund the bank charges once your bank has confirmed that the bank charges they app**** actually was app**** to the Assupol debit that was made and received from your bank account.
