I want my refund for my 3 polices
My name is Mildred Nokude Mbambalala-Mhlungwini with id ***, I cancelled 3 funeral polices from Assupol 2025 November but I'vent received my refund till today, sent several emails instead they send me from pillar to post. Reference number is #***

08 Feb 2026, 11:54They haven't rep**** to my email nor depositing my money, I heard that run around the circles is their way of delaying things when it comes to payment or refund, all i want is the premiums of my 3 policies, then we can go our separate ways in peace. It's up to you to tarnish or uplift your company's name. Please do the right thing.
