i want my refund

<p>Assupol has been deducting my money without my knowledge from my persal as from december 2016. When i found out in in April i went to their offices in Mthatha requesting policy cancellation and refund of premiums. I submitted all the required documents but up until today i have not heard any response from Assupol. When i call their head office in pta no one seems to know anything. Please help! </p>
