I want my pension fund

I resigned on the 28 June 2024 they accepted my resignation after 4weeks I made a follow up with my pension fund they said I'm being investigated even today Theirs no communication on why I'm being investigated it's been 3 months since I'm still waiting for pension fund . And why I'm being investigated after i resigned? Because every business that I submit my manager do a follow up she call clients and ask them whether they are aware of the policy that's protocol so I don't understand why I'm being investigated
