I want my money back. Stop deducting money from my account.
I had a loan with Sanlam. On the 4th of December 2020, I app**** for a Debt Consolidation from Nedbank and it was approved. Nedbank settled my loan with Sanlam, but till today they are still deducting money from my account. I even have a letter from Nedbank to confirm that my loan was settled. I don't know what to do now because I have been calling them and they said it will be fixed. I can't reverse the debit from the bank. I want my money back.
