I want my money back

I took a policy in November and I told tge sales rep that was selling Assupol that yes I do want tge policy however I can only take it in February this year, Sakhele Mathiso(Sales rep) said if its persal the it will only deduct in Feb as it takes 3 months for them to capture persal.. to my suprise i got an sms in Nov saying my policy is active as from the 1st of Dec I forwarded him the sms and asked did he not say this policy will only start Feb his answer was that I should not worry its just a formality..On the 15tg of Dec I got my payslip then boom Assupol deducted.I went to the branch in Sterkspruit as I wanted my back and cancell thr policy, got an sms that my policy is cancelled even the manager called me saying that the policy is cancelled and will not deduct again , to my suprise the policy deduct now Monthend January and when I received my paysljp 2 weeks ago I saw its deducted I called Sakhele to ask whats happening he said he will call me back , tried to contact the manager also no one is willing to assist me.. I want my money back the instalment of Dec and the one that went off today even after I cancelled..the level of unprofessionalism its disgusting I cant even get through your client service number.. Ndifuna mali yam please this is not what I signed up for
