I want ma money back

I've bee saying to sanlm to cancel ma policy but the refused to do so and the keep taking money on account so I TLD them I wnt ma money back because I dnt want the policy anymore the also refused to do so.because I didn't sign anything saying am not going to get ma money back when am cancelling ma policy
