I took a voluntary package from the company i worked for

I took a voluntary package from the company i worked for. Our Retirement Funds are with Sanlam. When I left I asked that my RA is moved to my Private RA. After numerous documents and phone calls, it is now 2 months and 2 weeks later. The funds are still with Sanlam and no feedback from the personnel from Sanlam. I cannot imagine what someone must go through if they had to go on Pension and have to withdraw their RA from Sanlam.
