I resigned from my job because I'm going through depression and I sent Sanlam forms for Provident funds no one is communicating or responding to my emails, I'm currently not working and I don't have money to buy food for my kids this Christmas and medications as I'm sick and unemployed, called Sanlam spoke to Marcel Moodley and explain my situation he seems to be concerned but nothing was done, no communications until now and I called again I spoke to Phindile Mkhize who was not concerned about my situation I believe she's not sick and doesn't have kids as my kids will be hungry this Christmas, I have policy with Sanlam now that there's no communications or sympathy with their clients I don't think I will remain with them rather take it elsewhere, can the CEO assist to pay my provided funds hope he as CEO will understand the situation I am right now because it seems like the stuff at Sanlam doesn't care
