I need my refund
I canceled the policy on the 14 of July 2022 and sent document via email and also on whatsapp,I decided to do the follow up today,the guy named Sibusiso told me that I submitted my document without writing policy numbervwhih is not true and I sent her proof that I sent email and whatsapp on the 14 nowhere is saying documents were not received which is not my fault
