I made a will at Sanlam several years ago ,signed documents everything

I made a will at Sanlam several years ago ,signed documents everything.I was under the impression I had a will .Yesterday I asked to add my car to it and I was emailed that I don't have one. Why didn't Sanlam wills tell me that I don't have one and why didn't they tell me if something was wrong or I didn't sign something or whatever the case may be.Its shocking ,what if I died and my beneficiaries had no direction.Jaylenn Fortuin had a dont care attetude with me on the phone which was shocking and unexeptable would never advise anyone not even my worst enemy to deal with Sanlam wills department.
