I have a query with safrican it's a insurance company
I have a query with safrican it's a insurance company. I cover my father in law cover start date 01 June 2021 he passed away 29th October 2022 I make a claim they say it will be proportioned because of short payment I understand the full amount was supposed to be R20000 I only get R5028 I asked them how did they calculate this they say I was supposed to pay around about R600 and something but I only pay around about R100 and something I'm not sure about the real figures sorry so they deduct R500 and something times 14 from my understanding the money they payed me it's the money they supposed to take and give me the amount they took they paid me R5028 and they took R14972.
