I had app**** for a full underwriting life cover with sanlam and comp**** with their underwriting tests and supp**** them with all the information at my disposal relating to one of disclosed conditions. They wanted more information which they could have paid for from the previous consultation. They were not honest and transperant now i have incurre costs which my medical aid could not cover in full which was requested by sanlam by the way and not me. Now i have medical bills to pay out of my own pocket and had to source the life cover elsewhere. Had this been disclosed upfront i would have made an informed decision
