I changed employment on 1 December and submitted a claim for payout
I changed employment on 1 December and submitted a claim for payout. I apparently completed an outdated form, but the correct form isn't being sent to me. I've sent an email asking for the correct form, tried calling and tried the WhatsApp line with no success
