I cancelled my policy on the 19th of March as and called their office on the same day. To my surprise a deduction was made to the value of R518 on the 8th of April 2028 despite my cancellation and rejecting the debit check mandate. I then reversed the debit order since I didn’t authorised that and to my surprise on 07 May 2025, a similar deduction was made with a different reference
