I called in and was promised feedback with regards to an extra policy that I have been paying for, that does not exist

<p>I took up a policy with bokamoso that operates under Safrican. I was sent a message to pay for three policies, which I did for over six months. When I finally recieved my policy certificates I only had two policies standing. I contacted customer services three times now, and I am promised feedback everytime. I have paid for two policies for the past two months, this is what was supposed to happen. But where is the rest of my money. I have been promised emails, and call backs but nothing has been done.</p>
