I am very disappointed about the consultant named Josh who haven’t responded to the email I sent him more than a week ago

I am very disappointed about the consultant named Josh who haven’t responded to the email I sent him more than a week ago. No acknowledgment not a response. It was a very important email because I wanted to get confirmation whether they have received my will from their courier. If there’s such inefficiency it makes me wonder whether they will be able to execute my will effectively in the event of my death. The only way I will proceed with Sanlam is if they assign me a different consultant as i have many mishaps with this consultant.
