I am still waiting for my refund from 13th of April till to-date

I have logged a complaint on the 7th of April 2023 and got respond on the 11th of April from Jabulile I wanted a refund I sent request documents on the 13th of April 2023 as per their request, today is the 28th of April I am still waiting for my money. I have been doing follow ups by phone calls last follow up was last week I think it was on Thursday they said they are still investigating my matter I mean what more you still investigating after I sent all supporting documents I don’t have money to pay rent as we speak and by the 5th of May if I don’t pay rent I will be evicted by landlord 🥺🥺🥺🥺 Sanlam MAY I PLEASE HAVE MY MONEY PLEASE STOP IGNORING ME😢
