I am request early in July 2024 for someone to assist me in reviewing my will

I am request early in July 2024 for someone to assist me in reviewing my will. Someone I think her name was Sinotile followed up and undertook that someone from Sanlam will assist me on the 9 July 2024 and regrettably never did. I find it highly unacceptable for such a supposedly reputable company to make an undertaking to the client and not honour it. There used to be a dedicated person to assist me and now I don’t have such contact person resulting in me being sent from pillar to post.I’m considering reviewing my options regarding my relationship with the company.
