Humble appeal to Sanlam for Pension interest payout

This is not so much a compliment or a complaint, but a desperate plea to have my divorce pension interest paid out. By agreement my ex spouse was allocated 50% of my pension interest. I submitted all the documents this morning. I was forced to lodge divorce proceedings at her instance following unforgivable infidelity. However, she is destitute. She is squatting from one friend to another and barely has money for pampers and baby formula. The payout will sustain her at least until she secures employment. Please expedite her payout, at this point I am only concerned about my child and his well being. Please.
