Huge disappointment in Sanlam life / blue

I being having this funeral policy for years ,before even being married n having my own family. I have being calling and asking assistance from sanlam consultants with amending Mt policy and adding my spouse n removing people ,it's a problem cause people don't want to help since the I'd no commission involve . I am frustrated cause it's now end of the year paying for something that is not up to level I want . Unfortunate part the person who I took this policy from has retired . Be cautious before taking anything from sanlam
