How long must i wait for the death benefit payout?

I lost my husband on the 25th May 2014, he was employed under SAB(ABI) sanlam is the service provider dealing with the employee benefits. In the begining of may i received a phone call from a lady by the name of dawn rapuling notifying me that the board of trustees have concluded the cas and she will be sending me a confirmation letter. I waited for the letter and it was sent to me 5days later. what i had noticed when i received the letter is that it was compiled on the 5th May 2015 but i only received it on the 18th may 2015. the letter stated that the payout will be paid by the 25. Today is the 18th June 2015 i still havent received my payout. Yesterday i spoke to a lady by the name of Lorna and she told me i just need to wait because there is nothing she can do i will probably get the money maybe next week but she is not promising anything.<br> <br> I feel that my claim has been dealt with in a very unprofessional manner and I am put in a compromising position since i have a child that needs to be looked after and other responsibilities too.<br>
