how long must i wait for pay out?

I gave probation at my previous company in February 2015 and app**** for pay out with all needed documentation in the beginning of May 2015. The customer consultant told me that he will get back to me within the next 4 to 6 weeks, where after I waited and then last week Friday 5 Jun 15, I went into the Vereeniging Sanlam offices and the lady that helped me said that she will call the center, because they should have phoned me already. She spoke to the call center and gave the phone to me and then told me that the lady that handles these cases, is on leave and she will phone me on Monday the 8th of June to tell me when the pay out will be made and to explain everything in detail. No one called me, so i phoned the call center myself yesterday afternoon and spoke to Agnes.She told me that Amber is handling my case and she has left for the day and that she will phone me on Thursday with more info.<br> <br> I feel that my claim has been dealt with in a very unprofessional manner and I am constantly told to be patient when talking to one of the consultants. Please can someone help me.
