How inconsiderate can u be

I submitted a death Claim on the 15 th December, to date assuppol has not paid me , I am getting 48hrs story , I am wayyyyy past those hrs . I don’t know if they will help pay storage cost or what . I took this policy in 2010, but the service I am receiving is pathetic, inconsiderate & disgusting. Calling customer care is not helping. Sies man
