How do I benefit???

i called sanlam reality for one of the benefits which is tempest car hire.The promised me a quotation 2 weeks back,I called tempest enquiring about the car rates.Then called sanlam reality again that I'm still waiting for the quotation and explained to the call center agent that I stay in northwest how do I benefit from the reality membership if sanlam chooses service providers that are in Gauteng province.The rates that i must pay I dont see 50%and I must travel to midrand to collect the car .The agent told me theres nothing they can do they only work with tempest.he promised to email me the quotation.I called again the lady promised to send me a quotation ,I'm still waiting .Why must I pay for something that I don't benefit from so please refund me all my premiums and cancel the membership.I will hire a car from northwest and pay with the membership money
