How difficult can it be to answer the phone or return calls? Pathetic service

I have been trying to get hold of Sanlam, the number (***) that I have been given no one answers, it has been days now. This is ridiculous, I need advise on your retirement and investments. But clearly they don't want business. I am extremely disappointed in Sanlam. There are other companies I can contact, because if this is the service from the beginning, I cannot begin to imagine how terrible it will be once I am a member. Very unprofessional.
