Hostile, uncalled for service, negative attitude

I was once assisted by a Lady in the branch some time last year, now today on the 10 July 2023 @ 15h15 she was very hostile and denied ever helping me, called me a ****, and refused to take accountability even when the system showed a report of my existence. I have received such a horrible experience in a financial institution in my life. I was at Sanlan Ghandi Square.
