HORRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO REFUNDS AND CLAIMS

They are a nightmare. If it wasn't for hellopeter I shouldn't have got my claim. Now they have been promising to pay a refund because they continued deducting after a claim. They said 7-30 days to get it. From July till today there is no payment. I queried and they kept on saying 24hours. Where to report this? I have all emails
