Horrible slow service

That Sanlam virtual assistant is so horrible! It wastes so much time and the responses are horribly delayed! It took me 45 minutes to get through because of it and another 30 minutes because I had to be transfered to another department, keypad entries work much quicker, can you do away with it or give people the option of using the keypad to select options!
