Horrible Service
Policy number *** and ***. I have a huge complaint against this company , I have four kids which i have taken out funeral policies for with this company. My son tragically passed away and i submitted a claim only for them to tell me that he is not in any of my policies HOW ???? HOW??? when all my other childrenn are in the policy . Please assist as a guy by the name of Themba was assisting me but now is not answering my calls. I feel ****med and stressed out. !!!!!!!!!
