Horrible service

I am so unhappy with the manner that Sanlam is handling my cancellation, I requested the cancellation on the 26th November and to date this has not been processed. Can I please have someone authorize my claim urgently and the reason I also cancelled is that you take so much money from one however you never allocate the a personal adviser thus now my cancellation taking days.
