Horrible service

The service I received from Sanlam today was horrible to say the least. From being taken from pillar to post to having someone saying they’ll call me back at 15:00 and never doing so from when I was trying to get assistance from them since 8am in the morning. I’m really angry and frustrated, think I will be cancelling the policy I have with them even😔
