Horrible service

I took out assupol policy for my aunt a few years ago, my cousin also have a policy with assupol for the same aunt. From time to time I get sms'es that my policy is in areas, I couldn't understand the reason for that because assupol debits my account monthly, I then called assupol and spoke to an agen who told me everything was in order,I explained to her that my cousin insured there same aunt so they keep mixing up the policy numbers.

On the 16th December 2021 Gift Mokgobi from assupol sent me an email with my cousin's details name surname email address and contact number saying the policy was in areas I then rep**** to him that the policy he is referring to belongs to my cousin not me,to date he did not respond. I am extremely disappointed with assupol services, the staff is ***********. I do not have time to be discussing the something with them over and over again The next step I will take is go the legal route. I am NOT the client they wanna mess with.
