Horrible customer service

I took a policy with assupol beginning of January 2023 with their agent the amount was R176 and the agent forced me to take another 1 for R146 , so the policy that cost R176 had a member that passed away on the 19th of January and I claimed and it paid out and after that at the end of Feb a full amount was deducted. I requested for it to be canceled along with the one that is R146 from Feb till date I'm still being charged full amount for policies that I requested for it to be canceled in February, I've been calling the company and I get promised a call back but nothing happens I even went to the branch and nothing was done and they won't say anything about my refund for 2 policies I requested to be canceled several time

This complaint has not been resolved till date I've receiving stupid excuses for them not to pay me my money I want my money to be paid today and in addition I want compensation for all this run around nonsense you guys have been giving me

And this Bronte Samantha Williams has been giving me **** information and now she's telling me they have system issues that bull**** from Feb till now yall have system issues??? Yall are good a taking money and there's no system issues but now that I want MY money there's system issues..... I need my refund plus compensation to be in my account TODAY!!!
