Horrible claims experience

My mom had a funeral policy and can I tell you how ********** the service has been with Assupol ? 4 days later I’m still waiting for my claim . They have all documents and client services confirmed that it’s been approved however zero communication , no acknowledgements , no feedback . Just horrible service . You can’t even mourn in peace because of Assupols horrific service . I would not encourage anyone to take out a policy with them .
