Holding my RA Monies hostage for over 8years

Early March 2025 I've requested for an very old RA to be withdrawn and cancelled. Ive stopped contributing to this fund at least more than 8years ago and the funds wer less than R15K when Ive requested in March 2025. My 1st issue is the fact that 8 years ago these funds were R12K. That means R3K growth in almost 10years. Its ridiculous. My 2nd issue is that Sanlam is still holding my money ransom and even though I email daily, call at least once a week, I still dont have my funds nor do they return my call. Sanlam do better and give back my money. Your excuses went from waiting on tax directive to an agent holding my monies hostage. The only polite person I've dealt with was Nicole Breach on the 5th of May 2025, however the agent/manager has still not attended to my issue. GIVE BACK MY MONIES
