HIV+

I have my investment and policy with Sanlam for years I approach Antoinette to up my life cover as we bought a new house she refer me to Lancet For blood test... the blood test come and they advised I'm HIV they sent the results to my<br> Dr and I had to retest the same place Lancet and my Dr confirm I'm HIV- so imagine that went<br> trough my mind at the time scary I advised <br> Antoinette and a she just push the blame to her <br> h/office some Idiot/**** Dr Pieter Coetzer called <br> me and aplogise and sad i must stop moaning <br> they busy sorting it out how can u tell a client <br> that.... then I phone Lancet to give me an invoice<br> for the amount that I went to test the 2nd time <br> an they advise me that Sanlam only pay the <br> R600 an thre is R700 outstanding for the first i <br> test done which Sanlam sad they will pay for the<br> test... was never embaresed in my life after the <br> experience with Sanlam the least to say... now <br> I'm shifting all my investments to Old Mutaul And they still busy to revive me as a client got An email from Antoinette are you still going ahead with the policy own couldn't she wait for the dust settle before quoting me Sanlam Suck!! <br>
