Sanlam Indie has been one of the best customer service I have experienced so far, recently made a funeral cover claim which was paid out in a week. I got assisted by service agent Greer B who was amazing and communicated effectively and kept me updated throughout the process. And when I wanted to update my beneficiary I got assisted by service agent Lena N who was also amazing and communicated effectively and was very patient, got my updated documents very quickly.
