Help to get my money

On the 22 August 2018 I app**** forRetirement Equity funds.They promised to finalise the application on the 12th September 2018.On the 12th Sep 2018 I phoned to ask when the funds will be credited on my account they told me that they send my doccuments at SARS.They later told me that SARS declined the application .On the 14th Sep 2018 I went to SARS to Inquire and they told me that SANLAM send them the incorrect Tax number and printed the correct one which I emailed it to Sanlam.On the 17th Sep2018 I phoned Sanlam to confirm if they received my email of the correct tax numberand they said yes and asked when will I get the money thet said within 48hours.Today on the 20th Sep2018 I phoned to find out when am I going to get the money they told again that SARS rejected and they will send again for tax today
