Help me not every query is 2 pot related!!!!

Hello,

I've been struggling to get an IRP5 from Sanlam on 3 different occasions now on all platforms.

Today was the last straw.

After wasting 52 mins this morning and 30mins yesterday to get through to someone I was told I need to select 2 after I explicitly did 51 Mins earlier. I know what i selected Sanlam. This is not my first rodeo with you.

The next available agent just transferred me back to the queue like wow, where I had to speak to a robot.

I understand that 2 pot is everything right now. But my query deserves your prompt attention as well.

Like wow do better and HELP ME with the information I need for SARS
