Help me get my money back
I am a municipal employee. Last year 2018 I noticed a debit order deduction on my payslip. I went to Sanlam offices and they said the policy is not even on my name it is someone else's funeral policy. I've been up and down with them. Calling until today. They refunded me for 7 months and under refunded as if I took the policy and am cancelling it. Up to today I am jot getting any help with other outstanding deductions. The policy deductions were from February 2018 till February 2019. The advisor who wrote the policy i've never met and I don't even know her. It's so frustrating I would never take any other policies with them to think I've been a customer for years
