Help

Hellopeter my name is Mihle Zanga Nikani. My late father invested for me from Sanlam trust. They payed me R500 every month until I turned 18 in February this year.Sanlam asked me to submit my documents including banking details for the termination of fund so that they can deposit the balance left. After Sanlam received all the necessary documents they send an email informing me that they will pay the balance with in 30 working days from the date they received documents which was the 10th of March. Till today they are playing hide and sick. The last answer I received from an agent is,the system doesn't want to release the funds and she doesn't know when must I expect the money. I need help.
