Hellopeter Uve helpe...
Hellopeter Uve helped me before with the Absa Funeral saga... They ended up doing the right thing... thanx to you Now I'm having the same problem but now with Sanlam... They don't want to release the payment of the unnatural death because they claim they want a printed postmortem Report... and the problem is the mortuary says they are having a backlog so it will take forever to print the report.... then my argument is the police report is there with the claim forms and Sanlam says they want a printed report whereas the unprinted is available.... so am asking for your intervention again... 16 Sept 2021, 17:18What is exactly are you guys investigating? Is it death or the poor service I got?... We can't wait any longer guys this is not fair.... how much time are you going to investigate?
When we as family will come to terms that the young man is no more if there are still matters like these... this is a broad statement please give us the time frame.. WWe are not happy at all... We didn't investigate when you were deducting your premiums all these years... Please DO THE RIGHT THING!!!
