Happy with Sanlam Credit Solutions assistance

Hi guys, am super happy with Sanlam Credit Solutions, I had a prescribed account since 2016 due to unemployment, tried connecting with the creditor but never assisted with anything back then and has been affecting my credit profile. I registered on SCS and was advised to file a dispute with Vericred (credit bureau) and that the prescribed account will be investigated and removed with 20 business days.

I went on SCS dashboard today and noticed that my score has increased with 12 points and the prescribed debt is no longer visible on profile.
