Group Risk: Universal Education Protector (UEP) - Sanlam

Sanlam is dragging with making payment for my kids from their Trust and now the school is terminating their schooling contract, several times I've contacted Sanlam and they refuse to transfer my calls to this Sanlam UEP department. Delvian Samuels, Gratitute Maluleka, Prashante Nagan the list goes on, this are the employees whom to date have been getting back to me with answers.
