Grossly inconvenience cause

For the past 3 occasions I bought the movie tickets from Sanlam reality I got grossly inconvenience at the Nu Metro and I always felt cheated by sanlam reality because my reference number which I received after I bought movie tickets online at sanlam reality, for the past 3 outing the reference numbers were invalid to save myself and family I am force to buy another tickets which is a expenses experience which cause by sanlam, <br> <br> Today again I bought 2 tickets online when I redeem them at Walmer Park Mall Nu Metro I was again in the same embarrassment, I was obliged to buy another tickets which cost me extra unnecessary amount of R110. <br> <br> I want sanlam reality to refund me for the past 3 occasions i paid extra tickets in order used to save myself and family from embarrassment cause by Sanlam reality. <br> <br> I will not buy any tickets from sanlam reality and I am considering to cancel my membership due to this embarrassment cause by Sanlam Reality. <br> <br> Regards <br> <br> Sindile Headman Mali <br> ***
